How does the monthly filming session work?
I come in once a month and batch film enough content for the month based on your package. Sessions typically include service footage, before/afters, team content, product shots, and behind-the-scenes clips.
How does approval work?
A content plan or draft content is sent for review so you can approve before anything goes live.
What do you need from us?
Access to the space, staff participation when needed, service details, current promotions, and approval on content before posting.
Is there a minimum commitment?
A 3-month commitment is recommended to allow enough time for consistent growth and results.
Do you post the content for us?
Yes — content can be scheduled and posted for you, or sent for approval first depending on your preference.
Do you respond to comments or DMs?
Yes — community management is included in every package, at no extra cost.
What platforms are included?
All of them. We manage every platform you're active on — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more. Need a brand-new platform built from scratch? We'll set it up for a one-time fee.
Do you provide reports?
Yes — a monthly analytics summary can be included so you can track performance and growth.
